HOUSE RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT -Kindly read the house rules and follow them during your stay as well as adhere to the rental agreement located under additional house rules. 1. No illegal substances or underage drinking 2. No parties, events, or large gatherings 3. No Grilling on premise 4. No smoking inside or outside on balcony a. Smoking is prohibited and non-compliance subject to the $500 fee 5. No candles 6. No Pets 7. No unregistered guests 8. Respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am 9. Respect check-in and check-out times 10. Please take care of the furnishings as you may have to pay for any major damages. Please let us know about small damages so that we can replace or repair. 11. 📝 Other Things to Note We provide all linens, bath towels, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, so you can pack light. The condo is on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator) with two free parking spaces in the back lot. Located in quiet Midtown, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk while still enjoying a peaceful stay. For everyone’s comfort, the condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
