Smoking is prohibited and non-compliance subject to the $500 fee 5. No candles 6. No Pets 7. No unregistered guests 8. Respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am 9. The condo is on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator) with two free parking spaces in the back lot. Located in quiet Midtown, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk while still enjoying a peaceful stay. For everyone’s comfort, the condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
